I give up on the Coen brothers, and I donâ(TM)t know why I even gave this movie a chance. I really dislike most all their films. They just donâ(TM)t have good storylines at all. There are some cool comments here and there in their films, but thatâ(TM)s it.
Despite not liking the brothers work, I finally gave The Big Lebowski a chance because everyone says how itâ(TM)s such a great movie. But itâ(TM)s not. Itâ(TM)s hardly funny and the plot is completely lacking in anything to draw you into the film. The acting is supberb, but thatâ(TM)s it. I really donâ(TM)t know why so many great actors keep working with these guys though. Their stories are so terrible.
Outside of Fargo, I have yet to find a single Coen brothers movie I like.
