Review of The Book of Life (2014) by Jeremy B — 30 Nov 2017

After struggling to watch Coco, I decided to go back to this movie and see if it really was as good as I remembered. I do admit that it's not the best movie because it does struggle badly in some places, but I really did enough this, way more than Coco (which is an unpopular opinion, I might say).

The characters were great and the animation was really distant, which helped me favor this when I first watched it. Plus, this movie happened to come out in 2014, which was an amazing year for me. This movie also had novelty for me, since I had never really seen anything like it.

Overall I give it a 3.5/5 or a 4/5.
