Review of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010) by Meydianarizki21 — 24 Oct 2022
I loved the book, a lot of this movie a very different from the book, although there are some parts that stay true. The part where Edmund was enlisting was not apart of the book, but I'm not here to complain or criticize because I don't think even Prince Caspian followed the book to a T, the only one that followed the book was The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe even that had some details that didn't follow the book, but no need to nit pick because these were great movies and to be honest in the day and age of the movies Hollywood would like to hide religious messages and anything to do with Christianity which CS Lewis wrote these Narnia books with religious messages.
I just watched to enjoy a good entertaining film and the adventures the Pevensie's have in Narnia. I wished that they made The Silver Chair and The Last Battle or at least The Last Battle would have made for some great movies.
I loved the acting in this as well and I always enjoyed Liam Nesson as the voice of Aslan! I highly recommend this movie if you can get past the fact the movie is different from the book..
