I really enjoyed this movie and I really think that the problem most people will or do have with it is that they aren't interested enough in the events that the movie details, or that they don't care enough about the ideological problem that is adressed.

Maybe the entertainment reviewers are just tired or uninterested when it comes to political themes. Whatever the case may be, if you are patient enough to see it through, this is an excellent movie about the excessive force that governments wield during times of war and crisis.
