Review of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) by David C — 13 Aug 2012
It was like a fairy tale, but a real fairy tale. you could say it had a happy ending but I wouldn't. this movie was something that we have all been waiting for in a long time and we didnt even know it.
it was something we needed.i hadnt seen a good movie like this in a long time. the way it was shot and the story and the acting and the way it was written was like you were in a fairy tale, I felt it even more when daisys daughter was reading the story.
the same way daisys grandma read her the story. brad pitt does a role of a life time, for some reason it keep reminding me of tom hanks in forrest gump. I prob never admit it in person because I was trying to be to much of a man but this movie had me almost in tears.
the way he gave his life away to his daughter the way there was so much love between benjamin and daisy. in some ways you could say they did grow old togeather. this is one of the greatest stories I have ever heard in all the movies I have ever seen.
if it werent for brad pitts acting I dont think I would have felt the way I did. an instant classic. this movie will grow and grow threw the years to one day beging one of the greatest movies ever made, it all ready is in my books.
the ending was more perfect then I could ever write. if I could I would give it more then 5 stars. I cant even begin to tell you how much this movie ment to me and how important to us it really is.
