The movie has couple of interesting build up but literally every single Jumpscare in this movie was done very cheaply, and that's only a couple of build up, the rest of the build up sucks and so do the movie, not only I don't found La Llorona to be an interesting character or ghost or whatever, I just didn't dig her at all, and not only that, the whole movie just feel bland, flat, weird, cheap, cringe, lame, ridiculous, silly, and boring, it's so poorly written even though the performances was not horrible, they already messed up the backstory of La Llorona and they have this very uninteresting, boring, and flat continuation story, also fills with cheap and sometimes silly jumpscare and all of them was so predictable, they have this long ass build up for a very cheap short Jumpscare, some of the thing I still accept besides the performances being not bad and couple of interesting build up was the returning Priest and Rafael which I like at first then he also eventually become useless and cringe, The Curse Of La Llorona was not worth the time even if it's only 93 minutes long, besides that in terms of being a movie The Curse Of La Llorona was not only the worst movie in The Conjuring universe but it is also one of the worst horror movie i've ever watch, it's god awful, it's boring, and it's very lame, so lame.
