Is made by the Joker (Health Ledger), but as it reaches the end, when dealing with Two-Face (Arron Eckhart), it just feels like it was zip-tied and gaffer taped into place and you are left wondering why it was so dragged out.
Although this might be because the entire film is stolen by the Joker.
