Not as good as I had hoped it would be. While I wasn't bored, it did feel a bit like the limited material was being stretched out to fill time. I was disappointed that Nicolas Cage wasn't interviewed for it (though he was shown in some archive footage talking about it).
If you're a big Superman fan, it's a decent enough documentary. Otherwise, you'll probably be bored by it.
