Review of The Deaths of Ian Stone (2008) by Rater W W — 09 Oct 2010
The idea was better than the execution (no pun intended). Its definately a solid premise but couldnt decide if it was a horror or sci-fi so the tone was all over the place and it wasnt totally convincing as either.
Good acting by the main lead and had good production values for a low budget film. The CGI looked decent though the 'deaths' were pretty unimaginative (and low key). Liked that it was a nearly all English cast but why did the lead need to be American? Good but could have been so much more.
