This movie failed to transcend to people uninterested in fashion, and failed to satisfy the eye-candy requirements of someone interested in fashion. The movie was a bad fashion movie, rather than a good movie that happens to take place in the fashion industry.
The movie relied on brandnames to interest me for the whole length of the movie. Needless to say, it didn't work.
