I would say there is one reason this sequel is spared a trip to the junk pile and that is, of course, the great actor Denzel Washington. He returns once again as the poker-faced John McCall taking on the evil-doers in this world by using any means possible to destroy them.
If only, we had a few million more of him in today's insane world.
