Following the kind of the same beats as the first movie helping some kid to a better life. This has some filler bloat with side characters, but it is all heart warming stuff, so. The action scenes are a bit to jump cut-ish for my liking, but they don't tone down any of the gore.
Bad guys gets whats coming to the whoo hoo yeehaw! Undemanding fun action movie with a slice of feels and sentimentality.
