This movie is really one of those movies only BASED on true events. This is nothing how the original psychological study was. The movie was very predictable and made no sense as to why things happened the way they did.
Those who were the guards went "crazy" too fast for no real reason. Some things served no significant purpose such as the romance aspect and the Aryan Brotherhood guy. This was a very very Hollywood-ized movie that did not demand any of your emotions or thought.
I would only recommend this movie to fall asleep to if you have absolutely nothing else to watch but I might even just recommend not watching anything if this was the only choice.
