Review of The Flower of Evil (2003) by Kristin O — 29 Jul 2009
I feel like the movie didn't live up to its name. Not enough evil, nor flowers for that matter. Stolid French tropes of this one's sleeping with that one and this one loves that one and they're meant for each other but cousins orsome other familial road block hinder some of the charm the characters could've had.
Mostly, you're waiting for something juicy to happen or be disclosed and there's lttle payoff.
