Definitely another straight to DVD sequel that just doesn't follow the quality of Disney animation. This movie isn't exactly a sequel to The Fox and the Hound it's timeline places it during the events of the first film.
The animation is actually not half bad and the voice acting is really well done. Unfortunately, it's just a movie for kids with a weak story about Copper finding out what he's good at. The first film has such a great message about overcoming differences and so on, but this film is just another typical kids film.
I'd say skip it and just watch the first one!
