Review of The Godfather Part III (1990) by Michaelbeatch — 09 Sep 2019
The most vibrant and compact of The Godfather trilogy. It explores a time where we must familiarize ourselves with something new instead of observe a recognizable canvas. The film resonates on its own and Andy Garcia is overtly terrific.
I prefer the energy of Part 3 over the sombreness of its sequel counterpart. Francis paints an endearing end whether it was made for demand or not.
