It must've been a challenge to make a film this bad. To actively write some of the worst dialogue ever heard in a film, to utilize CGI worse than a low budget 90's film, to direct and record in a way that suggests you didn't want the audience to follow what was happening on screen in the first place.
To take an all-star cast and direct them in that graceful way a bull treads thought a China shop. The Grey Man actually succeeded in all of these fields. It also managed to feel dragged out and rushed at the same time somehow through the use of random flashbacks.
Please don't make my mistake and stay very far away from this film.
