Review of The Happytime Murders (2018) by Daniel K — 27 Aug 2018
Definitely not great but not deserving of the wrath I have seen many critics unleash as I have most certainly seen far worse this year. The movie blends an intriguing enough mystery with extremely raunchy puppet behavior while peppering in some thinly veiled social commentary. Being a big fan of the raunchy comedy genre I was expecting a lot from this and while it didn't deliver in the way I had hoped, I won't call it a total failure either.
