Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Todd M — 12 Feb 2018
Despite being a big-time LOTR fan, I didn't see this or it's priors in the movie theaters. Mostly for the basic reason than an 80 page book (perhaps I exaggerate, but not my much) should be made into 11 hours of movie.
Ultimately. when seen on my TV the colors are washed out towards blue and gray and sepia, the CGI is crap, and it's just kind of visually painful to watch this shit.
Richard Armitage did a great job portraying Thorin Oakenshield though. And great acting in general.
