If wincing and daring yourself to keep watching brutality wrought from a father's vengeance is your sort of bag, then this movie is for you. I've seen this story before and I liked The Limey, Hardcore, and even Mel Gibson's last film (probably ever), The Edge of Darkness.
As a father, I can relate to the protagonist and his vendetta. As a film, it's a mixed bag, but mostly full of goodies.. and crowbars.
