No worse than Shallow Hal, Stuck on you or Something about Mary. Unfortunately for critics, it has Hilton in it and as she is to be knocked at all times, in the way people like Barry Manilow need to be, there is no way anything good could be said about this movie.
However, just like those other films, this sends a worthwhile message to youngsters within a genre they love. Similarly, for that audience, Hilton is the perfect modern day icon to play the beauty we shamefully appeciate on a superficial level (forget the fact that the character is a super nice person). This is a decent enough addition to the genre.
