Most of the movie is very mild and just setting up the 3rd act/climax. Unfortunately that takes way too long... they needed more scares during that time. The 3rd act is good, but not as scary as I was hoping for.
Its got creepy elements but doesn't scare. Plus this faux doc didn't feel real at all (ie vs Hell House).
