Review of The Imitation Game (1980) by John M — 10 Apr 2015
Although the name Alan Turing rang a bell with me, until watching this movie I really couldn't explain his contributions. This seems ironic to me now since it's hard for me to imagine the world without computers.
The absolute genius with an ability to interact with others on a social level - Benedict Cumberbatch plays this role expertly and I can not think of a better fit for the role.. The story itself was engrossing and not only did it bring to life an amazing true story of heroism via inventive creativity , but it also addressed the injustices inflicted upon homosexuals in England during this time period.
