Review of The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976) by Jens T — 01 Sep 2011
So smooth and stylish, Cassavetes makes this movie look so good and makes directing look easy. Ben Gazzara is great in this 70s noir era flick that I could watch anytime. Slow at some places but the look makes it work.
