Worth a watch if you're not feint of heart & are a fan of horror. It's a different take on a legendary directors debut. Dare I say even better. Craven has been noted saying that there was little direction in 1972 & it was him just doing everything he could to push the most taboo things at that time.

This remake has a much better set up backed with reasoning. Still has some very tough scenes to watch, for what the scene is the actress did very good. The villians are more believable both in their acting & in their roles within the group.
