The entire experience of seeing something with no plot is a crime against film making. The main theme is abandoned so quickly that it doesn't come back till the final moments of the picture. Despite good animation and a decent cast, nothing can save this mediocre and forgotten flick.
While it does have an audience, I'm not part of it.
