Review of The Limehouse Golem (2016) by Bob B — 29 Dec 2018
I watched this exclusively for Olivia Cooke, and she did not disappoint. I would say it was better than I expected. It's very well-produced with solid acting, and a great set (the back alleys of the London theater in the 1800s).
My only complaints were the gore-scenes seemed awkwardly included just for the sake of it, and the attempt at a twist ending fell flat as I had it guessed within the first hour. Even so, I enjoyed it overall.
