Review of The Little Mermaid (2023) by Smudge99 — 28 May 2023

Don't bother going to the theatres for this one, it will release on streaming for free but even then I wouldn't recommend this movie. This remake managed to be worse than peter pan, it feels completely uninspired and just another cash grab by disney.

They changed many aspects that made the original feel magical and left us with a steaming pile of excrement. The characters are like hollow shells of their animated counterparts, the make up and costume design was poor, and the CGI was not up to par with modern standards.
