The cast couldn't be better in this production of an unknown Williams play but it is definitely one of his lesser works. Missing from the proceedings are his patented mossy sense of genteel dementia and a certain florid overripeness.
Still an enjoyable film if diffuse. Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Evans both acquit themselves very well.
