As someone who hasn't read the book it's hard to imagine the movie being portrayed any better. Although I understand the frustration when a movie doesn't come close to the book. One key factor I HATE when a book is put on screen is the failure to include the main character's thoughts but this movie actually did just that.

This movie pulled my heartstrings and took me for a rollercoaster ride of emotions. One minute you feel happy the next second your emotions plumet and this cycle repeats. This perspective is so deep, that although your fate had already been decided would you do the right thing and let everyone move on or seek revenge?

The acting was phenomenal. The special effects and videography were absolutely beautiful. I've seen some reviews complaining about how there was too much going on, BUT THAT'S THE POINT. This movie is extremely underrated. Perhaps because it leaves us with some unanswered questions. Some people can't handle how REAL it is. These things do happen and this plot definitely does not cater to the audience. It hits way too close to reality for many people.
