Excellent cast elevate the average script. Ritchie shows a great sense of style and cinematography is great with some nice lighting in key scenes. Ultimately the play-it-safe inconsequential plot serves to honour the feeling of the tv original but feels like the producers wanted to take more risks with the characters and make something more realistic but switched to something more mainstream at the last minute.
Overall very entertaining yet shallow.
