Review of The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012) by Bryon M — 07 Aug 2014

Very good coming of age movie. Not as good as the book and a little miscast but again I had a different visual of the characters and different thoughts about scenes. As a pure movie without the source though I would say this is up there with some of the really good 80's high school movies.

Doesn't talk down to its audience and treats it's teenagers as young adults with faults and weaknesses and strengths just trying to find themselves.
