It may not be as good, or even as memorable, as Aardman's other movies with some annoying bowdlerisation for the US but The Pirates! still has enough hilarity, well-done stop motion animation...that, for some reason, doesn't use Aardman's regular animation style and enjoyable voice acting to make it a decent movie.
Also. all hail Mr. Bobo, the primate who is strangely overprepared with all his cards.
