This Predator feels like a shadow of whatever the franchise used to be when it was at its peak before this movie came along. If you expected a lot to come out of this film, you'd be in for a very long disappointment like leaving the theater right before the movie could even finish.

For what The Predator has that makes it shine from the ground, it quickly gets overshadowed by anything else that makes this film another generic film instead of what could have been another exciting installment in a very popular movie franchise.
