Completely defies the law of sequels getting progressively worse by managing to be better than all three of the Christoper Walken installments - John Light makes a fantastic good/bad/good/bad/good/badguy and Sean Pertwee is as always awesome.
It's a massive shame this is only on Region 1 DVD, as it's a great change in direction for the series. I highly recommend seeking it out...
