Review of The Quiet Man (1952) by Timothy S — 14 Nov 2013
Absolutely delightful. Loaded with sharp, witty dialogue and gorgeous Technicolor cinematography, The Quiet Man is such a treat. A John Ford film starring John Wayne is always as good as its supporting players, and this one's are fantastic.
Maureen O'Hara is radiant, and The Duke has surprisingly sharp comedic timing.
