Review of The Razor's Edge (1946) by Billy B — 04 Oct 2007
I love this movie and it had a strong affect on me in my teens. Seeking inlightenment in exotics places, made me so ready for Black Narcissus and The River. It becomes appearent why Bill Murry, so wanted to be a part of it's remake, where it became more clear that Sophie was kicking the gong around as a Parisian flapper.
The movie alludes to a far more sorted past to our grandparents lives than they would care to admit. A powerful story with great performances that can only be thought of epic!
