A bizarre entry that criticizes bad horror sequels by being the worst kind imaginable before actually having a suited boss character show up to point out the ineptitude of the movies villains. It seems Kim Henkel, co-writer of the original movie and director of this one, wanted to make a movie about how Hollywood hires untalented filmmakers to try to recapture the magic of a superior predecessor with disastrous results.
Sure it's awful, but its awful for a reason.
