For it's time, and for nostalgia's sake, I warmly remember The Rugrats Movie. When most cartoon adaptations go wrong, this one stays to it's roots and expands the universe in an unexpectedly pleasant way.
Dil Pickles could've been an annoying debacle of a new character, but from the minute you first meet him, he's adorable. Save for some unnecessary musical numbers and a few corny jokes, The Rugrats Movie might be the best Nickelodeon movie out there.
