Review of The Scribbler (2014) by Jao R — 19 Nov 2014

I like Garret Dillahunt, but he is the only remotely enjoyable thing in this film. The dialogue feels so hammy and stilted it's impossible to believe these are people and not comic book characters.

Then again, the movie is trying so hard to set a "comic book" tone, maybe that's what it was going for. Who knows, and who cares. This movie is terrible.
