Review of The Shack (2017) by Chris S — 15 May 2017

I loved this movie, but depending on your background or philosophies, you may not feel the same.

In short, this is a movie about a person who experienced a conflict in his life that brings him closer to God.

If you don't believe in God, there's a good chance you won't appreciate this movie.

In much of this movie, God is depicted in human form. I know some religious philosophies are offended by that. If that's you, you may not wish to see this film.

This film really delves into the concept of forgiveness at a level that many people are not ready to accept. I can't say whether or not this would be a good movie for you if you have forgiveness issues, but there's a good chance it will offend some people who do have difficulty with this concept. It will be an eye opener for others and may give them just what they needed to learn to forgive.
