Review of The Smurfs (2011) by David L — 28 Mar 2018

While it is garbage in terms of the animation and the humor, it makes up for its good blend of animation and live action and I will admit the humor did suck but it did get a couple chuckles out of me. Also the voice acting isn't half bad either and each of the actors do decent jobs.

I didn't really grow up with the Smurfs very much and didn't really start watching the series until about 4 years ago and I will say it is a fun show but this movie really does somewhat fail in terms of the humor and character traits of the characters that they are representing, but it is a decent movie but it definitely isn't for everyone and really you have to be in the right mood to watch it.
