Review of The Strangers: Prey at Night (2018) by Mark L — 08 May 2018

Don't listen to the negative reviews, it's clearly not a film on the critics agenda!

You know what to expect when seeing a slasher horror and this delivers on every front. It's dark, tense, gory and keeps you gripped from start to finish.

Okay the characters are a bit one dimensional but there's no need to build them up. They're a family that go to a trailer park and get terrorised by the "Strangers" and boy do they get terrorised!

I'm an avid movie goer and have seen most of the horror films out over the past few years and I would rate this above most others, including the overrated "Get Out" and the bore fest that was "Ghost Stories" (sadly).

Go watch it as it deserves to have more than just the 4 of us in the audience when I went to see it!
