This is even more campy then the 1st one which isnt a good thing its just to ott.toxie suit looks worse than the 1st film and what happened to his gf??she's now just a blond bimbo.

this one toxie has to go to japan to find his father as he's depressed as he has clean up all the crime in town.while he's away evil takes over his town.While the violence is pretty nasty in places it does seem a bit toned down compared to the original.

This also has micheal jai white in his 1st role I think? just seeing him beat some one up with some bread almost made it worthhile!
