Review of The Truman Show (1998) by John B — 29 Oct 2014
An attempt by Carrey to show that he can more than just the goofy guy. He doesn't really need to exert himself much. He just needs to be the everyday man and by not going over the top, Carrey actually assists with the telling of what was a unique story at the time.
Of course reality TV pretty much has this angle covered but it is nonetheless entertaining.
