Review of The Vanishing (2019) by Nadjib R — 11 Jan 2019

I do like Mullan and I do like lighthouses, but dispite this I did not like this movie too much. The reason is a sterile direction and a non convincing story. Although it is inspired by true events the script did not much sense in more than one occasion, and even if you are not bothered about that, it is not satisfying enough.

It is a shame because I liked the eerie atmosphere and at the beginning I was hooked... just until I was not.
