Yes, I know Fan Bingbing is hot but she failed compare to the 1993 version with Bridgette Lin and Leslie Chueng. Even with the 3d effects did not help out this version. To me, this even fall short of the 3 TV series.
IF you want to see good storyline, good acting, good costumes and good everything except the 3D effects, watch the 93 version.
