Review of The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death (2014) by Jack O — 05 Nov 2018
When I'm thinking about saying in this review is not to be confused with the Daniel Radcliffe version when the other film is called Angel of Death but then I've just recently realized that the title for this is The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death.
I actually thought this is a different version but no, it's just a sequel. In this one, the two teachers decided to put the children to the isolated house known as Eel Marsh House away from the war but it seemed that the house is haunted and this is where the angel of death comes in.
When it comes the horror movies, this is one you can watch in the dark, that is of course if you liked it, I just found it to be all right. I wouldn't say it's that good but holy hell, it's scary.
I had the feeling that it's not well praised. I haven't seen the first film with Daniel Radcliffe in it. Either will you avoid it or see it, just don't get confused by it's title whilst you in the store.
For me, it's all right but I had a good scare. Looks like many of the recent horror films are not going to be well received by many people at the time.
