Review of The Zero Theorem (2013) by Joey J — 23 Aug 2014
I feel there's definitely two ways to look at this film in the end and you wouldn't be necessarily wrong. I got and understood the main themes of the film, but there's way too much open-endedness to a lot of the characters that we are shown through out.
Being the person I am, I see the ending as incredibly dark and haunting. I would love to read a really well articulated review of what they felt was the meaning to this crazy, awesome, messy film. Maybe this film is the fourth wall.
Being who Terry Gilliam is, I can definitely see that being it.
