This movie just fails at every single filmmaking aspect. It's long, lame, and boring. There were so many plot holes and unexplained stuff in this confusing story. It just failed, and Thor is one of my favorite Avengers.
Plus, it failed to be the big anticipated movie after the success of the first Avengers movie.
